Michelle has been working in the optical industry for 20+ years now and has loved every minute of it! She started her optical journey in Charlotte, NC, working at the front desk of a small optometry practice. She became intrigued with the eyewear side of the practice, and soon became a full-time optician. She hasn’t looked back since! Michelle has a passion for small, privately-owned optical boutiques with high end, quality frames and lenses; hence her residence at Specs Appeal for more than a decade. Michelle does a little bit of everything at Specs from frame styling to assembling Silhouettes to edging lenses into frames on site. Her patients have come to expect and appreciate the personal service that she has provided here at Specs Appeal for 14+ years now, and some even come from other states just to work with her. And don’t be surprised if you come to pick up your glasses and she greets you by name!
